From the living room you have direct access to the terrace which has breathtaking views of the Como Lake. On the right of the entrance there is the twin bedroom with wardrobe, beside tables with lamps and door window with access to a balcony that overlooks the internal garden.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, bidet, sink, WC and hair dryer.

The winding staircase, leads you up to the firs floor where there is a wide and colourful open space area with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, a single bed and a sofa. This mansard is plenty of light coming from the skylights and from the big round window, offering a view on the San Primo mountain.

A short distance from the property you reach the Bellagio Sporting Club where you can make use of the many facilities including the swimming pool, sunbathing areas, tennis, soccer, sauna, bar and restaurant too for an additional fee.

You can reach two well-stocked supermarkets, in the hamlet called Regatola.(ten minutes by foot, three min. by car)
